This is our standard checklist for residential cleaning services, but all services can be customized to your exact needs! If there is anything that you would like us to do which is listed as N/A on this checklist, we can always do it upon request.
Remove cobwebs
Dust ceiling fans, blinds/shutters, windowsills, doors, frames, walls, and baseboards
Clean and disinfect light fixtures, switches, and doorknobs
Empty and wipe down trash cans
Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors
Wash and sanitize sink & polish fixtures
Clean and disinfect countertops and backsplash
Clean microwave (inside & out), stovetop, hood range, and appliance exteriors
Load dishware into dishwasher (if able)
Wipe down cabinet exteriors and tables/chairs
Extra: Clean interior windows
Extra: Clean interior windowsills (must be open for our team upon arrival)
Extra: Clean inside oven
Extra: Clean inside refrigerator
Extra: Clean inside the freezer
Extra: Wipe out interior of cabinets
Extra: Wet wipe blinds, walls, baseboards, doors, and frames

Clean under soap/shampoo bottles
Clean inside and outside of toilet
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
Wipe down cabinet exteriors
Clean walls surrounding the toilet

Wet wipe blinds, doors, frames, baseboards, and walls
Soak ceiling vent/fan
Wipe out cabinet interiors
Remove cobwebs
Dust ceiling fans, light fixtures, blinds/shutters, windowsills, ledges, doors, frames, walls, and baseboards
Disinfect light switches and doorknobs
Empty garbage and check under beds for trash
Wipe down/polish bed frame and bedroom furniture (nightstands, dressers, desks, etc. exteriors)
Clean and polish mirrors
Make beds and apply fresh sheets (if left out)
Stage and tidy room (fold blankets, fluff pillows, etc.)
Vacuum furniture surfaces
Vacuum, sweep, and mop around furniture
Wash/polish furniture surfaces
Vacuum, sweep, and mop under furniture
Dust/wipe decorative items and picture frames (upon request)
Extra: Clean interior windows
Extra: Clean interior windowsills (must be open for our team upon arrival)
Wet wipe blinds, doors, frames, walls, and baseboards
Wipe out interiors of nightstands, dressers, desks, etc.

Clean window ledges

Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors around furniture

Vacuum/sweep/mop under furniture
